AGE OF REASON “SAME” (U.S.Georgetowne) 1969¬† ¬†like Creation of Sunlight there is a debate about was the band’s name Reason or Age of Reason…the band told me it was Reason. Textured cvr is VG+ has some wear….disc has numerous marks/scratches and is vg- or g+ plays through without skips though has surface noise throughout. A super rarity that if you need a collection filler copy, this would do it.

The band plays a very organ driven mix of hard rock and psychedelic rock with some soul influences here and there. The album includes both cover songs and original compositions and both of them work quite well. The highlights of the record are “This Wheel’s On Fire” and “Bang Bang” which are both covers. has a hazy psych vibe with really good keyboards and guitar riffs. A young Danny Gatton plays on one song as well. One guy was in The Telstars who had a great garage 45.
