the good points carry a lot of weight too: The vocal harmonies are simply gorgeous – these guys (and more’n one of ’em) can sing. And they can also write beautiful songs. Even the ballads are interesting, though there may be just a tad too many of them. On the whole, I found this record to contain too much of the type of stuff on most country/rock albums that I don’t care for so much. But I’ll surely keep it for the things I do like, of which there is just enough.
