High on Mount Rushmore was the debut album by this San Francisco based band. Their sound is a pretty hard rocking mix of blues rock and psychedelia. The album includes lots of powerful fuzz guitar. The songs are all entertaining but “Looking Back” might still be the ultimate highlight here. But overall this album is a pretty balanced and consistent collection of bluesy acid rock tracks.
