The tri fold laminated cover is intact and vg+ some wrinkles in the lamination…these discs from South America all are scratched up and this one is no exception many scuffs, lite scratches but nothing feelable looks G BUT I have played it and it plays great with a few clicks and pops no skips side one plays vg++ side two plays vg+
