HOLLINS FERRY “Same” (U.S. Private) 1977   SEALED Copy of super rare power pop… an oddity in a private press.. Will be loved by fans of Badfinger’s softer vibes… Several songwriters all on the same wavelength give the album an appealing consistency and an overall great listen.. This is a good driving album… Oddly on the lp and from the time, there is no punk influence, to some that means a lot. Enjoy Hollins Ferry’s power pop and don’t be ashamed. If it was made ten years earlier we would be calling it pop psych.
