The record appears to be unplayed – with NM vinyl and no spindle marks on the labels.  I would grade the cover as VG+++, with some slight shelf wear on the bottom seam, and some light browning on the back cover.  The bottom right corner is also slightly damaged.  Comes with original Imperial inner sleeve.”Love And Sunshine”, “Magic Land” & “Candy” are the better ones here.
